How long does my order take to ship?
Because our items are individually handcrafted, your order's timeline depends on whether the piece is already on our shelves or being built just for you:
Ready-to-Ship Items: Pieces that are already completed and in stock will be carefully packaged and on their way to you within 3 business days of your purchase.
Made-to-Order Pieces: If your item is being custom-crafted or personalized, production can take 2 to 4 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the piece. Please note that because we work with natural wood, your made-to-order item will feature its own unique grain patterns, knots, and color tones. We take the extra time to ensure these natural characteristics highlight the beauty of your specific piece, making it truly one-of-a-kind.
Planning a gift? If you are ordering for a specific holiday, birthday, or deadline, please reach out to us before purchasing so we can give you a precise timeline estimate.
Do you offer local pickup and delivery?
Are you local to our area? Skip the shipping fees! We love connecting with our community and offer both free pickup and limited local delivery options for our neighbors.
Free Local Pickup: You are always welcome to pick up your order directly from our workshop. Once your item is ready, we will reach out via email to coordinate a convenient, contactless day and time for you to grab your piece.
Local Delivery (Free for orders over $100): To help transport larger or heavier items, we offer doorstep delivery within a strict 10-mile radius of our workshop.
Not sure if you’re in range? If you're on the fence or just outside the 10-mile mark, please drop us a message before placing your order so we can confirm if delivery is available to your address.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your piece! Because our items are handcrafted, we handle returns based on the type of item purchased:
Off-the-Shelf / Ready-to-Ship Items
If you purchased a stock item and changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, and undamaged.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund of the item to your original method of payment.
Made-to-Order & Personalized Pieces
Because made-to-order, custom-sized, or laser-engraved items are built specifically for you, these pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.
We work closely with you to ensure design details are correct before we begin crafting. If we made a mistake or typo on your personalization, please let us know right away so we can fix it!
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged from transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of both the damaged item and the exterior packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or repair for you as quickly as possible. We will pay for the return shipping.
